Job Description / Responsibility
  • Should be able to manage all secretarial and Board related matters under pressure
  • Need to manage all the compliance issues related to the regulatory Authorities like IDRA, BSEC, BB, RJSC etc.
  • May have to look after the Legal, Human Resources & Admin or any other affairs as and when required.

    Masters in any discipline along with ACS/ FCS
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Administration, Company Secretary/Share Operation, HR & Training
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Additional Job Requirements
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Strong commercial acumen and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Good leadership skills to effectively manage and lead a team
  • Should have minimum 5 (five) Years experience in a Senior Managerial position with a Life Insurance Company
  • Should have adequate knowledge regarding the compliance of Regulatory Authorities like IDRA, BSEC, BB, RJSC etc.
  • Experience in Legal, Human Resources & Admin will be given priority.
  • The candidates must have good command on computer literacy MS word, Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
  • Should be fluent both in written & spoken English, Bangla and be well conversant in computer applications.
  • Shall be required to submit letter of release from previous employer
