Job Description / Responsibility
  • Starting Day: Immediately
  • Responsible for inbound calls and guide the customer as per requirement.
  • Have to make outbound call for customer feedback.
  • Responsible for customer communication through Facebook fan page & Email.
  • Have to ensure customer satisfaction through the service.
  • Must be able to work on roster basis.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all services and products offered by company.
  • Have to prepare daily, weekly and monthly report.

Educational Requirements
    Graduation from any reputed University.
Additional Job Requirements
  • Call Center experience preferred.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center / Customer Service.
  • Excellent English language communication skill and able to listen, speak, read and write in both language (Bangla & English).
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, attentive, and self- driven.
  • High communication and convince skills.
  • Be able to work with persons of different cultural background
  • Knowledge on MS Office is mandatory.
  • Familiar with smart phone.
  • Female are encouraged to apply.
